Richard Day is an international speaker and a high-performance coach specialising in leadership, team dynamics, and personal and professional development. Richard spent the first ten years of his career as a coach with a variety of sporting teams, including the Australian Football League, state cricket squads and track and field athletes. He then became involved in executive and corporate health management and has now been working within the leadership, personal and professional development industry for 30 years, both nationally and internationally. Richard consults to industry, business and universities on ethical and authentic leadership skills and practice.
